What makes this striking Softail® model "Deluxe"? For starters, an abundance of unique chrome features and accessories. A nostalgic valanced seat with chrome grab rail and clean front light bar. An integrated rear light bar wrapped around the Tombstone taillight and integrated chrome luggage rack on the passenger pillion. And at 24.5-inches off the ground, the Deluxe model has one of the lowest seat heights of all motorcycles on the market. Clearly, this is one motorcycle that takes its styling cues from the past, while boldly looking forward.
On the performance side, the 1,584 cubic centimeters Twin Cam 96B™ continues to provide the power, while the 6-Speed Cruise Drive™ transmission helps keep things moving forward smoothly. Other modern "conveniences" include standard Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI) for easy start-ups and smooth-running performance in all conditions.
The limited production, 2008 Softail® Deluxe 105th Anniversary Edition model is serialized on a special nameplate and features a rich Anniversary Copper and Vivid Black paint scheme; 105th tank cloisonnéé; standard chrome, profile laced aluminum wheels; copper inserts on air cleaner and timer covers; and features an exclusive two-tone seat with copper insert.
